Today, I’m sitting here with my laptop, my Nook, and a cup of tea as I read my new ebook.
iBlog {affiliate link} is an awesome book (and I’m not just saying that because I wrote a chapter). I’ve been scanning bits and pieces, and I can’t wait to put all I’m learning into action.
Let me tell you about what I’m loving:
What I love about iBlog:
- all the chapters have oodles of information
- it’s going to help me with SEO (search engine optimization), which I’m still trying to work on
- there is a chapter on improving your pictures
- the table of contents is clickable, so I can head straight to the chapter I want to work on, disclosure and privacy policies first
- I could just go down the whole table of contents, and list each chapter
- it’s not geared just for blogger or wordpress, it addresses both
My first actions items from iBlog:
- finish the book (DUH!)
- meta descriptions and tags, I need to work on adding these
- create a disclosure page and blog info on my static pages (what I’m calling in my head the blogging business page)
- work on time management (this is always one of my issues)
Where can you get iBlog?
Click here to view more details. It’s $7.99 for almost 400 pages of awesomeness! Considering most ebooks cost that much for 20-50 pages, this is a steal!
